Hot-dip Galvanized or Painted Q235B and Q345B Transmission Tubular Steel Tower For Power Transmission
Transmmission tubular steel tower is one of our main products. We have production technology and production equipment for transmission line iron tower of 1000kV and below, 500kV substation architecture, 220kV power transmission and transformation steel pipe pole, telecommunication tower, and substation structure. We have set up 4 angle steel iron tower processing workshops, 2 steel pipe pole processing workshop, and 1 hot dip galvanizing processing workshop. Main production equipment includes angle steel CNC automatic production lines, high-speed angle steel drill production line, joins board CNC automatic production lines, mechanical presses, CNC/ radial drilling machine, CNC bending machine, shearing machines, steel plate CNC flame cutting machines, Automatic seam welding machine, CNC automatic submerged arc welding production lines, gas shielded TIG machines, and variety of special equipment tooling, equipped with special angle steel iron tower and steel pipe pole trial assembly venue and equipment, and raw materials physics and chemistry laboratories. Product processing capacity is 10,000 tons/year of angle iron tower, 10,000 tons/year of steel pipe pole, and 200,000 tons/year of hot dip galvanizing.
